Please note: The maximum winter villa rental we can offer is 5 months. This would include November, December, January, February and March. Extended stays outside these months may be available on request.
The above special long winter let prices exclude utilities (electricity, water and internet) and any cleaning services during your stay.
Utilities will be charged based on usage at the end of each month at cost. Internet/WiFi is charged at a fixed rate each month.
