Vista Paraíso
: 4,500€ per month.
Villa Praia Dourada: 4,750€ per month.
Casa das Estevas: 5,250€ per month.
These discounted rates apply to long term winter lets of 3 or more consecutive months in duration, between November and March inclusive at our luxury beach and ocean villas in Salema.
Please note: The maximum winter villa rental we can offer is 5 months. This would include November, December, January, February and March. Extended stays outside these months may be available on request.
The above special long winter let prices exclude utilities (electricity, water and internet) and any cleaning services during your stay.
Utilities will be charged based on usage at the end of each month at cost. Internet/WiFi is charged at a fixed rate each month.
