Casa das Estevas is a beautiful, spacious and unique 3-story, 5/6-bedroom property, proudly boasting direct beach access. Awaken to the sun rising over the sparkling ocean. Drift off to sleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping onto the shore.
Bedrooms, bathrooms and balconies
Casa das Estevas has 5 ensuite bedrooms (6 including the apartment). Each are sea-facing, with a furnished terrace providing stunning ‘on top of the ocean’ uninterrupted 180° sea and coastal views. The main villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. If required, the apartment (a useful option for grandparents, teenagers or a nanny) increases capacity to 12+. All beds can be configured as twins or king-sized doubles.
Lounge-dining room, kitchen, dining terrace and rear courtyard
With breath-taking views of the ocean, a sense of easy living is created in the welcoming open plan lounge-diner. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the tranquil courtyard at the rear of the villa.
Heated swimming pool with separate children’s pool, hot tub and poolside terrace
This is the idyllic spot for entertaining with large heated swimming pool with separate children’s pool, hot tub, charcoal barbeque and dining area. There are sun loungers, a laundry, WC and outdoor shower. A poolside gate leads down to a sandy beach, as good as private most of the time.
Games room
Have fun in the games room with bar, accessed from the poolside terrace. Equipped with an American-sized pool table, table tennis, table football, dartboard and Bluetooth speaker.
Roof terrace
The majestic roof terrace offers panoramic, grandstand views. From this truly impressive vantage point guests, can admire unobstructed panoramic vistas of Salema village and beach, ocean and coastline.
Apartment
The self-contained ground floor apartment on the poolside level offers a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. A small separate bunk room can also accommodate 2 children. The apartment is ideal for groups who exceed the 5 bedroom capacity of the main villa. If the apartment is not required by your group, it can not be booked by anybody else at the same time.
